Mr. Storms has begun to combine his passions for storytelling, impersonations and music to create unique experiences for himself and thus the audience.
Raymond's one man show will be combining inspirational songs with crucial moments in his life.
He will be sharing heartfelt corner stones of his life experiences telling stories of those who have mentored him along the way including his hysterical no nonsense Jamaican-Lebanese grandmother who he gained much life wisdom from.
Raymond is very excited to collaborate with Yiling Ding on piano for an exclusive show tailored to Dekatur Club.

Raymond Storms, countertenor, received his Bachelor's degree in vocal performance at the New England Conservatory in Boston, MA in 2007 on a scholarship. While at NEC Raymond attended the Royal College of Music in London as an exchange student. He began studying opera at The New World School of the Arts in Miami, Fl under mezzo-soprano Joy Davidson. Raymond currently studies with Alissa Grimaldi in NYC. He has performed with V.O.I.C.Experience under Sherrill Milnes in Tampa and in NYC, Seattle Academy of Baroque Opera in Seattle,the Neil Semer Vocal Institute in Coesfeld, Germany, Dell'arte Opera in NYC, Underworld Opera in NYC, New York Continuo Collective in NYC, Drama per Musica in Beverly, MA and again in NYC. Mr. Storms performs with the Rosie Herrera Dance Theatre Company throughout the US. Raymond was honored with the first Crescentini fellowship award and sang with Maestro Benton Hess throughout Italy with Si Parla Si Canta. Mr. Storms has recently been carving a niche for himself with his one mans shows that are based on his life experiences. He recently performed multiple one shows at Don't Tell Mama's in NYC and throughout South Florida to much success.
Yiling Ding was born in a music family on October 9th 1979 in Shanghai.
His mother started him on piano at the age of 3.At the age of 7, he enrolled in Shanghai
Music Elementary of music affiliated to Shanghai Conservatory of Music.After winning 2 first place in Shanghai between the age of 10 and 11, he went to Shanghai Music Middle of in 92.
During the 6 years there he won 2nd prize in China National Piano competition in 92, 4 th prize in Stravinsky International piano competition in Champagne-Urbana,IL in 95, first prize in Prokofiev international piano competition in Moscow in 96.
Upon graduation in 98, Yiling was accepted to Oberlin College with full-scholaeship to study with Prof.Sedmara Rutstein and was awarded Peter Serkin prize during his senior year.
In 2003,Yilling went to Manhattan School of Music to pursue Master’s degree under Prof.Arkady Aronov with full-scholarship.
Currently Yiling is a free-lancing musician in NewYork area and has been collaborating music with musicians all over the tri-state area and throughout the country.
